Kim Kardashian ha risposto sfacciatamente all’ondata di recensioni negative che circondano il suo nuovo dramma legale All’s Fair.
La star del reality sembrava scrollarsi di dosso le critiche rivolte alla serie creata da Ryan Murphy, andando su Instagram giovedì sera per prendere in giro il suo ricevimento.
“Have you tuned in to the most critically acclaimed show of the year!?!?!? All’s Fair streaming now on @hulu and @disneyplus,” Kim ha scritto, insieme a una serie di screenshot con recensioni e reazioni dei fan.
In un post, uno spettatore ha scherzato, “All’s Fair on Hulu dares to ask the question, ‘Does a show need to be good?’ and the answer is no, it doesn’t. We have legendary actresses here giving the worst performances of their careers, it takes a special kind of talent to pull that kind of inability out of them. Amazeballs.”
Un altro ha aggiunto, “Some of the worst acting I’ve ever seen in my life alongside the most predictable storylines and the most ridiculous styling. I’m obsessed and I need 14 seasons.”
Kim ha anche condiviso uno screenshot che mostra che il dramma legale in nove parti ha inizialmente ricevuto uno scioccante punteggio dello 0% su Rotten Tomatoes, anche se da allora questo punteggio è salito fino al 5%.
Tra le recensioni presenti nel suo post ce n’era una del Daily Telegraph, che diceva: “Ryan Murphy is the high priest of tacky, tasteless television, and this year he has outdone himself.”
Nonostante il suo cast stellare, tra cui Kardashian, Sarah Paulson, Glenn Close, Naomi Watts e Niecy Nash-Betts, All’s Fair è stato etichettato come il “worst TV show of the year”.
Lo ha dichiarato il Times “may be the worst TV drama ever,” mentre il Guardian lo ha descritto come “fascinatingly, existentially terrible”. Entrambi i punti vendita gli hanno assegnato zero stelle su cinque.
La serie, che segna il primo ruolo da protagonista di Kardashian, segue uno studio legale tutto al femminile con sede a Los Angeles specializzato in divorzi di alto profilo.
