Lana Del Rey ha rivelato che le piacerebbe apparire in un film.
Mentre molti cantanti spesso provano a recitare, il hitmaker dei videogiochi è rimasto dedicato alla sua carriera musicale.
Tuttavia, ha detto alla rivista W che stava pensando di recitare e che le piacerebbe fare il suo debutto al film.
“Yes, I’d love to be in a film. When recording, I’m a one-off taker on a song. But with my videos, I love to do a million takes,” Ha detto, prima di condividere alcuni dei suoi cineasti preferiti. “Of course, I love Quentin Tarantino. He and David Lynch have been the biggest influences on my work.”
Mentre è interessata a fare un film, la cantante Born to Die ha riconosciuto che non guarda molti film nella sua vita.
“The majority of what I watch is not films,” ha ammesso. “My favourites are shows on the Hallmark Channel. Hallmark movies are great. Going into 2018 and 2019, it was a bad time and I had Hallmark running on the TV 24 hours a day.”
La 40enne, vero nome Elizabeth Grant, ha aggiunto che guarderà documentari come Grey Gardens del 1975 e Bob Dylan del 1967: non guardare indietro per calmarla se si sente nervosa.
“Or I’ll watch YouTube videos of storm chasers,” ha continuato. “If you search for ‘top 10 biggest tornadoes of all time,’ you can see them all. I like the drama of a tornado, the intensity of big weather.”
Mentre è desiderosa di recitare, Del Rey è attualmente al lavoro per realizzare il suo prossimo album di campagna, che uscirà a gennaio.
