A Denise Richards è stato concesso un ordine restrittivo di violenza domestica temporanea nei confronti del suo estraneo marito Aaron Phypers.
Nella richiesta di ordine restrittivo, che è stata depositata mercoledì, l’attrice di Wild Things ha accusato Phypers di abusi fisici e verbali e ha affermato di aver persino minacciato di ucciderla.
Secondo Us Weekly, ha scritto nel deposito, “Throughout our relationship, Aaron would frequently violently choke me, violently squeeze my head with both hands, tightly squeeze my arms, violently slap me in my face and head, aggressively slam my head into the bathroom towel rack, threaten to kill me, hold me down with his knee on my back to the point where I would have to plead with him to get off me so that he would not kill me and hack into my laptop and phone and download all of my text messages.”
Richards, 54 anni, ha anche presentato foto di se stessa con un occhio nero, che ha affermato che era causata da Phypers che la colpisce.
In tutti i documenti, la personalità televisiva ha dettagliato diversi casi di presunti abusi, più recentemente il 4 e il 5 luglio, quando presumibilmente “got within two inches of my face and screamed at me degrading profanities”. Il giorno seguente, presumibilmente “chased me and grabbed both of my arms forcefully and pushed me and dragged me to the ground” e minacciava che lo avrebbe fatto Richards “disappear” Se ha chiamato la polizia.
Ha negato le accuse, dicendo alla pubblicazione, “Not true. Conjured up. I have the real evidence.”
Phypers ha elencato il 4 luglio come data della loro separazione quando ha chiesto il divorzio dal mondo non è abbastanza stella il 7 luglio.
Secondo TMZ, un giudice ha concesso l’ordine restrittivo temporaneo e durerà fino all’8 agosto, quando saranno i prossimi in tribunale.
Nel frattempo, i Phypers devono rimanere almeno 100 metri (91 metri) da Richards, la sua casa, il suo posto di lavoro e il suo veicolo.
Richards si è sposato con Phypers nel 2018 e successivamente ha adottato la figlia adottiva Eloise.
La star condivide anche due figlie adulte, Sami e Lola, con il suo ex marito Charlie Sheen.
