Sharon Stone ha annunciato la sua morte “hilarious, complex” Madre, Dorothy Stone.
Prendendo su Instagram lunedì, l’attrice di Basic Instinct ha pubblicato una foto che le mostrava ridendo mentre era seduta accanto a sua madre su un divano.
“My hilarious, complex mother died,” Ha scritto nella didascalia, aggiungendo: “A product of the last depression, let’s NOT do this again. Let’s protect and care.”
In un necrologio recentemente pubblicato sul giornale del Montana Daily Inter Lake, Sharon e i suoi fratelli, Kelly e Michael, hanno condiviso che Dorothy è morto “peacefully with her family and close friends by her side” All’età di 91 anni il 26 marzo.
L’ex contabile, nato nel 1933, era sposato “true love” Joseph Stone dal 1950 fino alla sua morte “just shy of their 60th anniversary” nel 2009.
“Dorothy, ‘Dot’ to her friends, was known for her great humor, love of music, bingo, slots, gardening, socializing with her many friends and her creative style was evident in the way she created her home, garden & she was so proud of her eclectic and welcoming home (sic),” Il necrologio recita.
Seguendo la triste notizia, alcuni amici di celebrità di Sharon hanno offerto le loro condoglianze tramite Instagram.
“So very sorry for your loss, Sharon. Sending love,” ha scritto Allison Janney, mentre Viola Davis ha commentato, “Sending love and blessings in abundance.”
E Melanie Griffith ha aggiunto: “Sorry for your loss Sharon. Sending you love!”
Una celebrazione della vita di Dorothy avrà luogo nel Montana quest’estate.
