Assassin’s Creed Valhalla! Controllo! Red Dead 2! Knack!
Il rinnovato servizio PlayStation Plus di Sony è ormai a una settimana dal lancio iniziale e ora abbiamo un’idea di quali giochi saranno inclusi nei cataloghi di giochi attuali e classici.
Ricordiamo che i nuovi livelli di PlayStation Plus arriveranno nel Regno Unito il 23 giugno, così come in Europa, Australia e Nuova Zelanda. Questo segue il lancio del servizio nelle Americhe il 13 giugno, in Giappone il 2 giugno e in Asia la prossima settimana, il 24 maggio.
Il catalogo dei giochi per PS4 e PS5 includerà, oltre ai nuovi livelli Extra e Premium, numerose esclusive PlayStation recenti, tra cui Returnal, Death Stranding: Director’s Cut, Demon’s Souls, Ghost of Tsushima: Director’s Cut e Horizon Zero Dawn.
Tra i nomi più importanti, provenienti da altri studi di Sony, ci saranno Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, Control: Ultimate Edition, Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy (a quanto pare disponibile contemporaneamente a Xbox Game Pass) e Red Dead Redemption 2. Tra gli indie, Celeste, Dead Cells, Hollow Knight e Outer Wilds.
Passando al catalogo aggiuntivo di giochi classici del livello Premium, troverete “frame rate migliorati e risoluzione di qualità superiore”. Alcuni “selezionati” giochi originali per PlayStation e PSP includeranno anche la possibilità di salvare in qualsiasi momento o di riavvolgere.
Infine, se si possiede già la versione digitale di questi giochi, non sarà necessario acquistarli nuovamente o sottoscrivere un abbonamento per giocarci. Tuttavia, solo alcuni saranno disponibili per l’acquisto individuale.
Nell’elenco dei giochi classici degli studi PlayStation sono inclusi Ape Escape, Hot Shots Golf, Jumping Flash! e Syphon Filter della PlayStation originale, oltre a Worms Armageddon e Mr. Driller di studi terzi.
Saranno incluse anche le versioni rimasterizzate di Ape Escape 2 e della serie Jak di Naughty Dog dell’era PS4, oltre a BioShock Remastered, Borderlands: The Handsome Collection, Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition, Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning e la Lego Harry Potter Collection.
I possessori di Premium possono inoltre usufruire di una selezione di giochi PS3 in streaming, da giocare su PS4, PS5 e PC. Tra questi, Demon’s Souls, Ico, Infamous, MotorStorm Apocalypse, il preferito di GamingPark Tokyo Jungle, oltre ai giochi di Ratchet & Clank Quest for Booty, A Crack in Time e Into the Nexus.
I giochi in streaming di terze parti includeranno Enslaved, Asura’s Wrath e lo spin-off zombie Undead Nightmare di Red Dead Redemption.
Infine, i possessori di Premium hanno a disposizione una selezione di prove di gioco di due ore a tempo limitato per le versioni più recenti. Tra questi, in particolare, Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection e Horizon Forbidden West, oltre a Cyberpunk 2077 e Tiny Tina’s Wonderland.
La scorsa settimana, il capo di PlayStation Jim Ryan ha dichiarato che la qualità dei giochi AAA di Sony si sarebbe “deteriorata” se fossero stati inclusi nel Plus al momento del lancio.
Questi sono solo una selezione dei giochi attesi per il servizio, che potete vedere qui sotto o sulla nostra pagina dedicata all’elenco dei giochi di PlayStation Plus Premium, che sarà aggiornata ogni mese. Il primo martedì di ogni mese i nuovi giochi entreranno a far parte di tutti i livelli del nuovo PlayStation Plus, come avviene ora, mentre un aggiornamento a metà mese porterà nuovi giochi nei cataloghi dei livelli Plus Extra e Premium.
I dettagli di oggi fanno seguito ad alcune confusioni e critiche da parte degli attuali possessori di PlayStation Plus che hanno cercato, senza riuscirci, di accatastare in anticipo le iscrizioni a Plus. In effetti, la possibilità di estendere l’attuale abbonamento Plus è stata bloccata da Sony fino al lancio dei nuovi livelli rinnovati.
