Hayley Atwell offrì scuse frittenti a Tom Cruise quando i suoi cani scoreggiarono ripetutamente su di lei.
La star britannica di 43 anni ha lavorato con l’icona icona di Hollywood di 62 anni in The Mission: Impossible Film Franchise.
Tuttavia, è stata lasciata in una posizione imbarazzante quando ha portato i suoi amati cani nella casa della Top Gun Star per guardare i film insieme.
Confessando tutto a Jimmy Fallon nel Late Show, ha rivelato l’attrice Marvel, “He said, ‘I hear you have dogs. You should bring them over.’
“E ho pensato: “Beh, è una buona prova di carattere”, perché se piaci a un cane, allora sei un ragazzo piuttosto solido, penso. Non mentono.”
Atwell went on to explain that her co-star was immediately embraced by her pooches, Wolfie and Iris, and she was charmed to see them rest on his lap while they watched a film.
Explaining that French bulldogs are known for being “Farters molto potenti,” she was ultimately left red-faced by her pets’ gassy movements.
She recalled, “Quindi stiamo guardando e sono seduti su (crociera) e lo stavano scoreggiando per tutto il film. E sono seduto lì e io sono come oh mio Dio, e sto guardando intorno e ci sono altre persone che si stanno imbavagliate.”
However, her attempt to apologise for the incident only provoked further embarrassment.
She recalled, “Si sta godendo il film e mangia popcorn e ad un certo punto ho pensato: “Devo dire qualcosa, sono così imbarazzato”.
“There was a lull in the film and I just turned to him at one point and I said, ‘Sorry for all the tooting.’ He was like, ‘Uhh, yeah,’ and went back to the movie, and I was like, ‘That’s more awkward than the farting!'”
