Amy Poehler ha fatto la storia ai Golden Globes 2026 domenica sera.
Durante la cerimonia tenutasi al Beverly Hilton di Los Angeles, Snoop Dogg ha consegnato all’attrice di Parks and Recreation il primo premio in assoluto per il miglior podcast per il podcast dell’intervista comica Good Hang with Amy Poehler.
“Shout-out to all the podcasters. You all are winners, but the real winner is…,” ha detto l’icona dell’hip-hop, prima di annunciare Good Hang con Amy Poehler come vincitrice inaugurale.
Salendo sul palco, Amy ha ringraziato il suo team e i produttori per il loro supporto.
“This is exactly how I pictured it: Snoop giving me the award,” scherzò. “Thank you so much, wow. I don’t know about awards shows, but when they get it right, it makes sense. Thank you so much for this.”
Good Hang con Amy Poehler ha battuto Armchair Expert con Dax Shepard, Call Her Daddy, The Mel Robbins Podcast, NPR’s Up First e SmartLess nella categoria.
Di conseguenza, Amy ha continuato scherzando sul fatto che i podcast hanno tutti temi simili, ad eccezione di quello offerto dall’emittente pubblica statunitense NPR.
“I just want to say that I know I am new to this game. I have great respect for this form. I have great respect for all the people that I am nominated with. I’m big fans of all of you – except for NPR. Just a bunch of celebs phoning it in. So try harder,” ha scherzato il 54enne. “But this is an attempt to try to make a very rough and unkind world filled with a little bit more love and laughter, and laughing with people, not at them, and we just have such a good time making it. Thank you so much for letting us make more.”
E per concludere, Amy ha ringraziato i suoi genitori e i due figli, Archie e Abel, che condivide con l’ex marito Will Arnett. Sarà co-conduttore del podcast SmartLess con Jason Bateman e Sean Hayes.
“You can watch the Patriots now,” sorrise, riferendosi ai New England Patriots che giocavano contro i Los Angeles Chargers nella partita della National Football League (NFL) domenica sera.
